The client is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the next Chair of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Medicine. The role also involves fostering a collaborative culture and aligning departmental strategy with broader academic and community health system goals.The successful candidate will have progressive leadership experience in OB/GYN within an academic medical center and a distinguished record of academic productivity. Requirements include successful completion of an accredited residency in OB/GYN, possible fellowship training, and current board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
