Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp)

Full-time (Hybrid)Location: Within PPMM territory$27 - $29/hrEssential DutiesPre-Start Date Processing: Coordinate all pre-employment requirements including background checks, reference checks, pre-employment health screenings, and others as needed. Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and clear instructions. Sourcing Support: Post and update job openings across platforms in alignment with position and branding guidelinesInterview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and interview panels across departments and formats (virtual, in-person, phone).Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress through the hiring process. Track and report on key hiring milestones and compliance checkpoints.Recruiter Support: Provide general administrative support to recruiters, including status tracking, candidate follow-ups, and event preparation.Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all hiring processes are completed in accordance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality standards.Other Projects: Support recruiting events, candidate experience initiatives, and continuous process improvement projects as assigned.QualificationsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information Comfort working with systems to manage tasks and workflows
