Desktop Support Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for
hardware and software-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral
problems.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and
software applications.
Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access
permissions.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize
downtime.
Install, update, and patch software applications and operating
systems.
Ensure software licenses and compliance.
Troubleshoot software-related problems and conflicts.
Provide on-site support for hardware and software issues
when required.
Communicate technical information to non-technical users
effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,254.11 - $50,338.29 per year
