Desktop Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:  Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.  Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems.  Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.  Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access permissions.  Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.  Install, update, and patch software applications and operating systems.  Ensure software licenses and compliance.  Troubleshoot software-related problems and conflicts.  Provide on-site support for hardware and software issues when required.  Communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
