Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant based in Austin, TX. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and organizing necessary tools, and maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of dental equipment. You will also educate patients on proper oral care, manage patient records, and support the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Assisting, including chairside support during proceduresKnowledge of Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practicesExperience with Sterilization techniques and maintaining a hygienic work environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and work effectively in a teamOrganizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record managementHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Dental Assisting program is preferredState-required certifications or licenses for dental assistants, as applicablePrevious experience in a dental office is a plus
