Job Title: Client Technical Support Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (100% Onsite, Monday Friday)Employment Type: Full-Time (W2) with Infinite Computer SolutionsWhat You'll DoProvide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, applications, and operational issues.Troubleshoot and resolve complex client and internal support cases.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor junior team members.Collaborate with Product Development and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.Deliver exceptional support to high-value clients and drive customer success.What We're Looking For3 5 years of technical support or help desk experience.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Experience handling escalations and mentoring team members.Financial services or credit union industry experience is a plus.Schedule Flexible hours between 8:00 AM 9:00 PM EST On-call support as needed 100% onsite (Monday Friday)Interested?
