As a vital part of the global Davies Group, we help businesses navigate risk, optimize operations, and spearhead transformation in the insurance and regulated sectors.The role will involve working alongside your people leader and your team to deliver solutions for our diverse client base.Working as part of an accomplished team, you will support with the identification of high-quality candidates for requirements in Financial Services, Insurance, Technology & Life Sciences and other regulated markets.In addition to your responsibilities within Specialist Services, you will collaborate with colleagues across the wider consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions to support our clients.You will also be required to work with your People Leader to support Resource Consultants with their development by providing training & coaching.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, build and develop strong candidate and client relationships.Build and nurture a strong talent community through networking and conversations.Work with consultants to understand core client requirements and employer value propositions.Build strong market knowledge of our vertical markets and share critical market information with the broader team.Attract, advise, interview and negotiate with high-level candidates to find win-win partnerships between clients and candidates.Use Davies suite of technology alongside social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source.Develop your knowledge of the wider consulting business areas.Support clients with a broader set of challenges across technology, learning, insurance and financial services.Demonstrate our values and behaviors to ensure we are providing a best-in-class candidate and client experience.Conduct face-to-face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit, working towards becoming a strong objective, in-depth interviewer.Attend client briefings to assess client requirements alongside your manager.Manage candidates from end to end: research, recruit, source, deliver.Provide advice, guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing.Build on existing Davies Resourcing candidate relationships and develop your own portfolio of candidates.Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.Manage online advertising across a variety of platforms to widen the talent pool.Skills, knowledge & expertiseSelf-motivated, success-driven, confident communication skills and an active listener.Someone who enjoys autonomy and building / managing a portfolio of candidates.Enjoys engaging with potential job seekers on the phone, virtually and in person.Process driven with excellent attention to detail.General knowledge of the Financial Services sector (recruitment training and development is offered).Ambitious.Resilient.Strong relationship builder.Naturally curious.Critical thinker.Problem solving.Willingness to learn.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plans to ensure your health and that of your family.A 401k plan with employer matching to help you build a secure financial future.Our time-off policies, including discretionary time off (DTO) for exempt employees and paid time off (PTO) package for non-exempt employees.Paid holidays.Life insurance and both short-term and long-term disability plans, providing essential financial protection for you and your loved ones.Massachusetts NoticeIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
