Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer (EIT) – 3–5 Years Experience Location: Orlando, FloridaOverview: We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT) with 3–5 years of experience to support land development and infrastructure projects in the Orlando area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of site development projects from concept through construction.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design of site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layoutsPrepare engineering calculations, reports, and permit submittalsSupport stormwater management and erosion control design in compliance with local regulationsCoordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agenciesUtilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for plan production and designQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering3–5 years of relevant experience (land development preferred)Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification requiredProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DFamiliarity with Florida design standards and permitting processes (SJRWMD, FDOT, local municipalities)Preferred Skills:Experience with hydrology/hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., ICPR, Hydraflow)Knowledge of FDOT standards and specificationsProgress toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
