Community and Family Resources is seeking a Treatment Specialist to assist the clinical counseling staff with providing addiction rehabilitation services to individuals living in our Men's Recovery House in Webster City.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assists clients in completion of necessary assessment forms/documents as needed.Orients clients to program services.Provides oversight and monitoring of clients' whereabouts and behaviors.Offers clients feedback and support.Reports client issues to staff.Assists with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.Answers the phone and forwards calls as needed.Assist with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.Assists with searching client belongings.Assists with rounds of the facility.Assists with follow up surveys and entering data.Schedule:Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeAvailable Schedules:Evening shift (2p-10:30p), includes every other weekend and some holidays.Night shift, weekdays (9p-7a; Monday-Thursday)Night shift, weekend (7p-7a; Friday-Sunday)Education and Experience Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment is required.A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is required.Lived experience with recovery is a plus!BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceIPERS retirement benefitOptional 401KEmployee Assistance ProgramGenerous PTO (20 days accrued in your first year)9 paid holidaysPaid trainings and CEU opportunitiesPublic Student Loan Forgiveness employerTuition reimbursementVarious discounts including tuition fees at partner schools, travel, cell phone plans, and more!Application Process:Candidates interested in applying should submit an application and resume.
