This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires someone who takes pride in quality work and understands professional detailing standards. You'll be working around large vehicles, using detailing tools and cleaning chemicals, and ensuring every unit looks showroom-ready.What You'll DoWash, rinse, dry, and detail RV exteriors (siding, roofs, wheels, tires, windows, awnings, etc.)Clean, sanitize, and detail RV interiors (floors, upholstery, bathrooms, kitchen areas, windows, dashboards, cabinets, etc.)Apply wax, polish, protectants, and other detailing products as neededPerform spot stain removal and odor elimination when requiredInspect RVs before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are metMaintain detailing supplies, equipment, and work areasFollow safety procedures for chemicals, ladders, and working around large vehiclesRequired QualificationsPrevious professional detailing experience in RV, Marine, or Automotive detailing (required)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, bend for long periodsComfort working on and around large vehicles (including use of ladders or step platforms)Reliable transportation and consistent attendancePreferred QualificationsExperience with buffing, polishing, oxidation removal, or paint correctionExperience with specialty coatings (wax, sealants, ceramic products)Prior experience working in a dealership, service center, marina, or detail shopWork EnvironmentThis is an outdoor role performed around RVs in a lot/service environment.
