A company is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for management positions, ensuring company standards are met
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build strong teams through internal promotions and management planning
Develop and implement strategic talent recruitment strategies to support aggressive expansion plans
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, or related industry
Experience in recruiting for positions from entry to executive level
Proven track record of meeting monthly hiring targets as a remote recruiter
Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
