Senior Shift Leader

We're looking for a bright, energetic, and guest-focused Senior Shift Leader to join the fun. In this role, you'll be the Store Manager's right-hand person, helping to coach our Restaurant Team Members, making sure we're hitting all those Dunkin' standards, and keeping our guests happy with fantastic service, every time! What You'll Do: Lead and motivate Team Members throughout your shift. Coach Team Members and provide timely, constructive feedback. Execute Brand standards for food and beverage preparation. Handle customer issues and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow. Support the Store Manager with inventory, vendor orders, and training programs. Ensure safety, security, and profitability policies are followed. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sister locations within a 30-mile radius of the market. Basic math, computer skills, and fluent written and spoken English. Ability to lift 50 lbs Must be 18 years or older
