Hilo Operator

Hilo Operator / Forklift Operator Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay: $20 Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan Experienced and safety-focused Hilo Operator with strong warehouse and manufacturing experience supporting fast-paced logistics and supply chain operations. Skilled in operating sit-down forklifts, loading and unloading freight, materials handling, inventory movement, and maintaining production flow in a warehouse environment. Proven ability to work efficiently while following safety procedures and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate sit-down hilo/forklift equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, stack, and transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods Perform shipping and receiving duties including scanning and inventory tracking Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA and company safety standards Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization Support team operations in a fast-paced logistics environment Qualifications Previous hilo/forklift experience preferred Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or automotive environments Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout shift Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable attendance and teamwork skills Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed Skills Forklift / Hilo Operation Materials Handling Shipping & Receiving Inventory Control Warehouse Operations Production Support Safety Compliance Teamwork & Communication At Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
