All our caregivers are bonded, insured, and engaged as 1099 independent contractors, ensuring families have no payroll, tax, or liability responsibilities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time/perdiem , on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. In this position, you will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and monitor progress to ensure quality outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include delivering physical therapy interventions, providing support in rehabilitation and mobility, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve patient goals. You will help improve patients’ quality of life while maintaining exceptional standards of care.QualificationsExperience and expertise in Physical Therapy and RehabilitationA strong commitment to Quality Patient Care and Patient Well-BeingKnowledge of Orthopedics and experience providing care in this areaAbility to assess patient needs and implement effective care plansState licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist AssistantAbility to work collaboratively within a medical team and provide compassionate care to diverse populationsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailPrior experience in home health or geriatric care is a plus
