This is Jason from ProTouch Medical.We have a client in Central Michigan in search of a Locum Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for ongoing coverage from April - July of 2025.I take care of 1099 competitive pay and malpractice insurance for the assignment.Location: Central MichiganJob Type: Locum-to-Perm / Contract w/ conversionDuration of Assignment: 04/07/2025 - 07/28/2025Shifts: 24-hr call coverage when on service at a Level I trauma centerPractice Details:Reason for Coverage: Provider FMLAPractice Setting: Hospital coverage with ambulatory follow-up as neededIn house while performing surgery and rounding. Generally 8 hours per day. Unrestricted call for time thereafter.Schedule: Two 24 on call hour shifts, with call back hours, and the third day 8 hours on site for cleanup from the two on call shifts.
