Facility has 3 PCP's, 3 endocrinologists, Behavioral Health Specialist and a strong APP on staff at this facility. Full time outpatient position with the possibility to go perm if a good fit. Ideal candidate will have ability to see patients of all ages and have substance abuse background. This position offers great pay and benefits!
