Adecco Staffing is working with an aviation manufacturing company in Londonderry, NH to bring on Welders. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Position: WelderShift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as required and approved)Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (depending on experience)Location: Londonderry, NHJob Type: Temp-to-Hire Duties & Responsibilities: Perform welding on aircraft components and related parts following detailed specificationsPrepare materials for welding including cleaning, positioning, and securing componentsInspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with required standardsUtilize various welding equipment and tools to complete repairs and fabricationFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with additional production or repair tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous welding experience required (TIG/MIG experience preferred)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelinesMust be able to pass a background check Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, kneel, and work in various positions as neededStrong visual acuity including close and distance vision This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing aerospace company and build a long-term career in a hands-on, technical environment.
