SF Programs & Partnerships Associate

Supermomos is hiring one SF Programs & Partnerships Associate to support and grow our San Francisco flagship. This is an entry-level, high-ownership, and revenue-focused role with sales and partner ownership.You’ll work closely with the SF GM and senior operators to support sponsor-funded programs, own partner outreach and follow-ups, and help ensure our SF community runs smoothly while scaling sustainably. This role involves real responsibility early on — including driving partner conversations to clear yes/no outcomes.If you’re not excited by outreach, follow-ups, and closing conversations, this role is likely not a fit.We’re deeply embedded in the tech & VC ecosystem and are happy to coach — but we’re looking for someone who is hungry, proactive, and willing to do the unglamorous work well.What you'll do:Programs & Partnerships (Revenue Ownership)Own sponsor and partner conversations, renewals, and follow-upsActively support deal progression by helping build partnership materials and proposalsTrack partner engagement, identify opportunities to deepen partnershipsMaintain a simple pipeline view of active partner conversations and next actionsCommunity & EcosystemAttend SF tech and VC events and represent Supermomos externallyBuild relationships with founders, investors, and community buildersEngage members, gather feedback, and support light user researchOperations & ExecutionSupport end-to-end execution of events and programs, ensuring partner expectations are metAssist with setup, registration, hosting, and on-the-ground logisticsHelp ensure a high-quality experience for partners and attendeesBackground:Recent graduate (or graduating soon) preferredSome exposure to startups, community, events, or partnerships is a plusInterest in B2B sales or revenue-adjacent work is strongly preferredTraits:Great attitude and initiative, good work ethic and communication skillsPassionate about building communities, consumer / tech, and learningComfort with ambiguity, change, and fast paceLoves attending events and meeting new peopleThe \"Animal\" TestWe look for people who are animals.Paul Graham describes an animal as someone who takes their work a little too seriously — someone who passes from professional into obsessive.What it means specifically depends on the job:a salesperson who just won't take no for an answera hacker who will stay up till 4:00 AM rather than go to bed leaving code with a bug in ita PR person who will cold-call New York Times reporters on their cell phonesa graphic designer who feels physical pain when something is two millimeters out of placeIf that resonates, you’ll likely do well here :)To be considered, you will need to complete a short 10–15 min task before the first interview (details will be sent after application).
