Registered Nurse - Progressive Care (Night Shift)Location: Concord, NH, 03301Duration: 13 weekShift: 12hr NightsGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekWeekly Pay Rate: $2,088 - $2,232; (Negotiable based on experience)Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions in a fast-paced progressive care environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex patient cases efficiently.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care and monitoring for patients requiring intermediate-level care.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient responses accurately.Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to identify changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Progressive Care, Step-Down, or Telemetry units.Travel Experience: Prior travel nursing experience.Licensure: Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact State RN license (required).Certifications:BLS (Basic Life Support) - requiredACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - requiredEMR Experience: Cerner experience.Verification: All active RN licenses must be verified prior to start date.Additional Info:Will take local candidates.Local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within 75 miles.Apply Now:Submit your updated resume today!
