Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Lititz, PA. Responsibilities include assisting healthcare providers with clinical and administrative tasks, managing medical records, supporting patient care activities, and maintaining the organization and functionality of the medical office. The Medical Assistant plays a critical role in delivering efficient and compassionate care to patients in our practice. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Assisting and understanding of Medical TerminologyExperience with Medical Office operations and maintaining Medical RecordsStrong skills in providing Patient Care and ensuring a positive patient experienceAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsCertification or diploma in Medical Assisting is preferredPrior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus
