That starts by employing a talented and highly qualified group of experts that develop the tools to support research scientists.Currently, we are looking to add a SharePoint Application Developer to the team:Responsibilities and Duties:Use the full suite of tools available in SharePoint and the Power Platform to optimize and enable business processes (list and library configuration, Power Automate, JavaScript, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerApps, etc.)Develop and maintain customizations and solutions for Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online with a focus on long-term stability and application lifecycle best practicesAdminister SharePoint Online tenant (cloud) and on premise SharePoint 2013 environmentPlanning and executing migration of data and customizations from legacy version to SharePoint OnlineCollaborate closely with business users to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, including training users in their use of SharePointCreate training documentation for end users and technical documentation of implementationsCollaborate with developers on other teams (ERP, website, data warehouse) as needed to solve complex requirements spanning multiple systemsRequirements:High school diploma required5+ years of experience administering and developing for SharePoint requiredAvailability for occasional on call and after hours responsibilitiesJavaScript experience to the extent necessary for using SPFx requiredBasic familiarity with Microsoft Azure, task management systems, and migrating from legacy systems into SharePoint Online requiredExperience with code repository/version control systems, working with complex and precise data, and leading complex customization projects from conception and design through implementation and long-term support requiredFocus on quality and customer impact, with excellent attention to detailStrong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skillsWhat we Provide:Competitive compensationMedical, dental and vision insuranceGenerous paid time-off (4 weeks) for vacations, sick and/or personal reasonsOver 10 paid holidays per year, including the week of 12/24 through 1/1401(k) planTuition Reimbursement and Student Debt Payment ProgramLife and disability insurance plansFlexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care (FSA)Fun employee events all year longFlexible work schedulesEmployee assistance programCasual dressOnsite Gym Facility Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
