Member Advocate
A company is looking for a Member Advocate to join their customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on health insurance and employer benefits across multiple communication channels
Assist new customers with onboarding and selecting appropriate health plans
Help members navigate their care journey and address issues related to claims or provider referrals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience in social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Some knowledge of healthcare and/or insurance benefits preferred
Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications
Entrepreneurial and adaptable to change in a startup environment
