Staffing Coordinator - Home Care (Private Duty)Assisted Home Health & HospiceThousand Oaks, CA$27-30 an hour | Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbout the RoleAssisted Home Health & Hospice is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Home Care (Private Duty) team.In this role, you will support daily operations by coordinating caregiver schedules, communicating with patients and staff, and helping ensure high-quality care delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate private duty shifts for RNs, LVNs, and CNAsCommunicate with patients, families, and staff regarding schedules and care needsTrack staff availability and manage weekly schedulingPrepare and maintain patient documentation and in-home care materialsIdentify and escalate staffing challenges as neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of careAssist with administrative tasks and general office supportMaintain professionalism and confidentiality at all timesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Excel and general computer applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilitiesCompensation$27-30 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match (up to 6%)Referral bonus program (up to $600 per referral)Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000Paid time off, sick leave, and holidays Full benefit details available upon request in accordance with company policy.
