Job Description: The Panel Assembler responsibilities include assembling electrical control panels, using hand and power tools safely, reading assembly drawings and electrical schematics, mounting and wiring components, verifying materials, completing assembly documentation, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position offers opportunities for skill development and advancement through a structured competency assessment program. Pay Range: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE Shift: Inquire about shift availability Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools. -Assemble electrical control panels according to layouts, schematics, and work instructions. -Mount, wire, strip, crimp, and connect electrical components. -Read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs). -Inspect work for quality, identify and correct assembly errors, and complete required documentation. -Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues. -Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use and company protocols. -Support continuous improvement efforts and, as skills advance, assist with training junior assemblers and maintaining UL508A compliance. Job Requirements: -Ability to safely use hand and power tools. -Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electrical assembly. -Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and, with experience, electrical schematics. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. -Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment. -Previous panel assembly or electrical manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. -Ability to advance through a structured skills assessment program.
