Our mission is to make high-performance skincare more approachable and accessible.THE ROLEWe’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern to support our growing marketing team with paid social content, creator management, and campaign execution. If you’re someone who spends way too much time on social media, loves skincare, and understands what makes people stop scrolling, this role is for you.This is a short-term, part-time internship designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in paid social strategy, creator marketing, and content production at a fast-growing beauty startup.Key Responsibilities:Paid Social Creative & Content SupportAssist in developing creative concepts for paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platformsResearch trending hooks, formats, audios, and creator styles to inform ad strategyHelp brainstorm new ad angles, headlines, scripts, and campaign conceptsOrganize and maintain creative libraries, performance trackers, and content databasesContent Creation & Video EditingCreate short-form video content for paid social advertisements across TikTok, Instagram, and MetaFilm and edit content using tools like CapCut, TikTok, Canva, or similar editing softwareEdit raw footage into engaging, high-performing content optimized for paid advertisingStay current on social media trends, editing styles, hooks, and storytelling techniques that drive engagementCreator & Influencer ManagementWrite detailed creator briefs with talking points, hooks, deliverables, and content directionAssist in sourcing creators and managing partnershipsManage content deliverables, timelines, and approvalsReview creator content to ensure it aligns with brand voice and campaign goalsAnalytics and PerformanceAssist in tracking and reporting on paid social creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and other platformsHelp identify trends, winning hooks, and high-performing content styles to inform future creative strategyYOU AREA fast learner who takes initiativeA flexible team playerDetail-oriented and organizedInterested in beauty, skincare, content creation, and marketingComfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBased in Richmond, VA and/or able to work in-person at our officeYOU HAVEStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trendsBasic experience with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar creative tools is a plusInterest in marketing, communications, beauty, or content creationPrevious content creation or social media experience is a bonus, but not requiredDETAILSJob Type: Part-Time, Temporary Summer InternshipLocation: Richmond, VA (In-Person)Compensation: $20-22/hourSchedule: Approximately 15–25 hours per weekAll interested candidates should send:Their resumeA picture of their pet (or favorite beauty product)Why they want to work with BrandefyPlease send all applications to kyiala@brandefyapp.com.Brandefy is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
