Neonatology Physician

Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing practices across Nevada, New Mexico, Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in Level II IV NICU settings • Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as indicated • Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions • Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice • Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members • Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans • Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards • Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities Ideal Candidate: • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine • Strong clinical expertise in NICU care • Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Dedication to high-quality, evidence-based medicine Why Millennium Medical Group: • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits • Supportive, physician-led culture • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership • Strong emphasis on work-life balance • Multiple location options across the United States • Commitment to continuous, compassionate neonatal care
