Providers can start earlier if they would like.Contract Length: 12 months preferredShift Details: 8?am 5?pm, no callSchedule: 3 days/week is preferred - client is willing to look at 2 providers working alternating shifts, can either be 1 or 2 weeks on/off -Work Details:Support staff: APP support and 3 docs at HazardAmount of coverage needed per month: 3 days/weekPatients per day: 15/day, low volume, solo providerDepartment description: 60/40 Hem/OncEMR: MeditechLocums providers will sit on tumor boardNew vs. follow-up ratio: Approximately 20% new patients / 80% follow-ups.Infusion supervision requirements: Standard medical oncology supervision model; no unique or additional supervision requirements beyond typical practice standards.Hematology vs. solid tumor mix: Approximately 60% hematology / 40% solid tumor.High-acuity patients: The practice does not routinely manage high-acuity cases such as acute leukemias on-site; those are typically referred to tertiary centers.APP coverage: one APP on-site daily.APP visit scope: APPs primarily assist with follow-ups and supportive care visits; independent follow-ups may occur based on clinic needs and provider comfort.Notes and orders: APPs assist with documentation and orders in collaboration with the physician; not physician-only.RN/infusion support: Dedicated oncology-trained RNs support infusion services during clinic hours.Practice Setting:Clinic/Private Practice: outpatientRequirements:Board Certification: Board Certified - IM, hematology, medical oncologycredentialing approx. 60 days
