Production Supervisor – On‐Site (Fullerton, CA)1st Shift | 5:30 AM Start | Typically 10‐Hour ShiftsWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day‐to‐day manufacturing operations at our Fullerton facility. This role is responsible for directly supervising production and operating employees while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, including inspectors, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, precision workers, and plant/system operatorsEnforce all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirementsPlan, organize, and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet daily and long‐term production goalsCoordinate operations and workflow with other supervisors and departmentsMonitor production processes, materials, equipment, and work environments to ensure efficiency and complianceInspect production equipment and monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functionalityCalculate material, equipment, and labor requirements to support production plansInstruct and train employees on equipment usage, technical procedures, and best practicesCoach, develop, and provide ongoing feedback to team membersIdentify issues, make sound decisions, and implement solutions to improve processes, productivity, and product qualityGather and analyze information to support operational decisions and continuous improvement initiativesAdvise leadership and team members on opportunities to improve processes or productsCore CompetenciesCoordinating the work and activities of othersOrganizing, planning, and prioritizing workScheduling work and production activitiesCoaching and developing team membersDecision‐making and problem solvingClear communication with supervisors, peers, and direct reportsProcess monitoring and continuous improvement mindsetQualificationsPrevious supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong knowledge of production operations, safety standards, and equipment oversightAbility to lead teams in a fast‐paced, hands‐on environmentStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsComfortable working an on‐site, first‐shift schedule starting at 5:30 AMSchedule & LocationOn‐site role in Fullerton, CA1st shift, typically 10‐hour shifts starting at 5:30 AMCompensation: $75,000 to $85,000Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
