Only W2 - No C2C please Database Administrator II Irving, TX (onsite) 6 Months The Database Administrator II is responsible for assisting with architectural design, development, and deployment of cost-effective and sustainable database technical solutions. The role also is responsible for managing database performance, security, integrity, and assisting with the development of the procedures to support enterprise applications and business functions. Required Function 3:Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred Bachelor’s degree experience requirements: o Min. 3 years experience in database management in UNIX based DB2 and/or Oracle databases and warehouses o Min 1 year experience in systems architecture • Master’s degree experience requirements: o Min. 1 years experience in database management in UNIX based DB2 and/or Oracle databases and warehouses Min 1 year experience in systems architecture Additional Job Requirement 1:• Ability to work independently and with a team.• Ability to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.• Knowledge of and ability to use SQL and Project• Ability to manage assignments simultaneously complemented by very good organizational skills. • Exceptional analytical and deduction skills.• Ability to take after hour calls.
