Senior Director, New Logo Sales
Leading a team of enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Senior Director, New Logo Sales will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring disciplined execution of sales strategies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team focused on net new logo acquisition
Own and deliver regional new logo annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Provide accurate forecasting and operational excellence through rigorous CRM management and performance analysis
Required qualifications
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
Proven success in leading teams to exceed new business targets, particularly in net new logo acquisition
Experience selling to large enterprise organizations and engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders
Strong coaching skills with a track record of improving sales rep productivity
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and experience in cybersecurity or related markets
