The Intern will work closely with the engineering team to develop, test, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and robust data storage solutions. Responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and troubleshooting, assisting with database management, and collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.We work in 2 week sprints, so you will be required to meet at least every two weeks to show work and review with the team. You will have a technical PM and work directly under the founding team as well.QualificationsProficiency in back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, and familiarity with Springboot.Understanding of database management systems.Skills in API design, development, and integration.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and testing skills, including familiarity with tools for version control such as Git.Knowledge of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.A passion for contributing to innovative solutions in the mental health and wellness space.Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
