Job title: Project Manager - Electrical ConstructionLocation: Hampstead, Maryland 21074Full-time/ Direct HireSummaryManage multiple electrical construction projects (up to $30M), overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, and team supervision while maintaining client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify bid opportunities and prepare cost estimatesPlan and coordinate work with contractors, engineers, and architectsSupervise project teams, including foremen and assistant PMsManage budgets, schedules, and project documentationHandle change orders, billing, and financial trackingMonitor site progress and resolve issuesMaintain client communication and attend progress meetingsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetRequirements:10+ years of electrical construction experienceStrong leadership, communication, and business skillsProficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and AccubidExperience in estimating and project financial managementAbility to manage multiple projects and teams
