Technical Program Manager – EDI ApplicationsRemoteRole SummaryThis technical manager role – experienced in implementation new features, integrations and management of EDI applicationsTech StackSPS Commerce, iTrade (SCM), Integrations of EDI apps with SAPService Window8x5 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time).Job LocationUS (remote)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver EDI solutions for our Accounting, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teamsManage relationships with Business stakeholders, IT Vendors, Customers, Vendors and 3PLs keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issuesLead the EDI team, create a friendly and collaborative work environment, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance. Take action to cheer the team on each milestone and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.Work with Cloud providers and business teams to troubleshoot application performances on cloud environment and other business critical issuesPresent formal presentations and executive summaries to leadership.Lead the team with hands-on role on analysis and design of EDI solutions and processes enabled by S/4 HANA and SPS CommerceEstablish best practices for existing and future EDI solutionsSupport QA process, educating teams on QA standardsCreate and maintain trading partner relationships and communication methodsAssist in the troubleshooting and resolution of any EDI/cXML failures and issuesManage production support and drive swift resolution of issues. Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.Drive the analysis, design and development of enhancements to take advantage of new technology, tighten controls, or improve efficiencies with EDI applications, interfaces and mappingsCore Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent work experienceStrong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills10+ years of experience with EDI transaction documents development and integrationsExperience with EDI transactions in both X12 and EDIFACT standards including EDI transactions like 810, 850, 855, 944, 945, 856, 867, 860, 8655+ years of managing and leading teams in a highly cross functional environmentTrack record of end to end development and testing of transactional mapping and EDI interfaces to S4/Hana3+ years of experience with SAP S4/Hana SD outputs and inputs for EDIHighly knowledgeable of business concepts (payables, receivables, purchasing, sales, order processing, distribution, etc.) and associated processes
