Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding guest experiences through attentive service, expert food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Manage guest relations by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns quickly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus. Experience in guest services, host/hostess roles, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this position. Strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is required.
