If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you're invited to apply for this role.Job DescriptionCoordinates Movement Control operations within assigned area of responsibility (AOR), including ground transportation missions and/or air transportation in theater. May be assigned to a camp passenger terminal for fixed wing or rotary aircraft and responsible for daily operations. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of movement logs, passenger manifests, cargo movement logs, and daily mission logs. Coordinates activities with military personnel and passes along pertinent information regarding flight rules and regulations to both the internal and external customer. Assists military personnel in scheduling of flights and manifesting of employees. Performs basic maintenance and stocking function at a passenger terminal to ensure customers needs are met. Disseminates information regarding flight schedules, routes, delays, safety requirements, personal baggage limitations, and facilities for customers. Ensures passengers are clear to fly, performs roll call, and escorts passengers to and from aircraft as necessary. May be assigned to ground transportation coordination for line haul, tanker, flatbed, HAZMAT, and triple/double missions. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of movement logs, cargo movement logs, and daily mission logs. Coordinates activities with military escort personnel and passes along pertinent information regarding safety and security rules and regulations. Assists military personnel in scheduling of missions. Performs basic maintenance and stocking functions at truck yards and checkpoints to ensure customers needs are met. Disseminates information regarding schedules, routes, delays, safety requirements, and facilities for customers. May perform duties to include personal property counseling, bill of lading completion, processing emergency leaves, arranging Temporary commercial storage and travel arrangements. May provide data to Automated Information Systems (AIS). Other duties as assigned.Basic Job RequirementsHigh school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and four (4) years to seven (7) years related experience.Other Job RequirementsRequires the job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.Need to be able to operate 10K & 30K Forklift.Need to be able to operate K-Loader.Need to be able to down & Upload C-130 Aircraft.Can operate USAF ADACG GATES systems.HAZ- DEC certified (if not currently certified, will undergo online certification during CRC training in Greenville).Secret Security Clearance.Preferred QualificationsTo be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.We are an equal opportunity employer.
