Restaurant Shift Leader

Position Type:* Full-time Shift Lead* Day Shift (5:30 am-3 pm) and Evening Shift (3 pm-11:30 pm) Available* Must be able to work Saturdays* Front of House and Back of House Positions availableOur Benefits:* Pay: $16-$17, based on previous experience* 401K with up to 4% match (must be over 21)* Access to Scholarship Opportunities and tuition discounts* Free College Tuition through Point University* Sundays off* Opportunities for individual growth with personal coaching* Career Advancement & Management Opportunities* Food DiscountsResponsibilities include:* Lead closing or opening shifts in the restaurant* Assist Restaurant Managers in leading the team* Manage a team of 15-25 people* Train and encourage employees to accomplish business goals* Ensure operational standards are met at all times* Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times* Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goalsFront of House Shift Leader Responsibilities* Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality* Always adhere to all company policies and procedures* Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals* Ensure strict alignment to Chick-fil-A standards* Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times* Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and and consistent guest experience* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training* Always adhere to all company policies and procedures* Protect the interest of the operatorBack of House Shift Leader Responsibilities* Ensure strict alignment to all Food Safety requirements and Chick-fil-A standards* Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times* Manage Waste and Food cost, and create an environment of good stewardship* Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and consistent guest experience* Train and develop team members* Always adhere to all company policies and procedures* Protect the interests of the operatorRequired Skills:* Experience managing shifts and daily business operations* Experience leading teams to meet business goals* Experience giving feedback and coaching team members to meet standards* Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace* Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic* Positive attitude* Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members* Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant* Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 40 lbs.* Must be 18 years of age or olderWorking at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
