Lead Business Analyst - E2E Orchestration

Role descriptionActs as the lead business analyst for one or more enterprise orchestration domains—owningproblem definition, feature intent, and data requirements end-to-end.Acts as the bridge between business, data, and digital delivery teams—translating enterpriseworkflows, features, and data requirements into clear, actionable inputs for the delivery team.Serves as a senior, domain-aware analyst who ensures business intent, outcomes, data, and digitalsolutions remain tightly aligned across teams.Responsibilities• Own feature and data requirements across end-to-end enterprise workflows.• Translate business needs into clear feature scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, anddata requirements, ensuring features and data are designed together.• Elicit and clarify requirements with SMEs, super users, and persona-based user groups.• Partner with data owners and data stewards to validate data definitions, access, quality,and governance.• Where required, act as a Data Steward for assigned domains—ensuring data definitions,quality rules, and usage align with business intent and enterprise standards.• Work day-to-day with the delivery team and DDO to shape solutions, design interfaces,and ensure integration across systems.• Support testing and validation by defining test plans and cases, coordinating UAT, andacting as a working SME to confirm expected outcomes.Preferred Qualifications• Experience contributing to AI-driven initiatives and building business products end-toend, including defining use cases, shaping feature scope, partnering with data/engineeringteams, and driving measurable business outcomes.
