Employs critical thinking skills, assesses residents’ condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors residents’ progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate resident care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit/department goals. Nurses will earn an additional differential based on the shift and the days worked: Weekend AM- $3.00 an hour Weekday PM/ON- $3.00 an hour Weekend PM/ON- $4.00 an hour We have multiple openings for RN’S and BSN’s on the day (7a-3p), evening (3p-11p), and overnight (11pm-7am) shift. Hours for our Skilled Nursing Residence are 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a.
