This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, from intake through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and hiring timelinesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreachScreen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview schedulesAssess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational valuesFacilitate offer development, negotiations, and onboarding handoffMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelinesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsPromote employer brand and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiativesContinuously improving recruiting processes and candidate experience through feedback and data analysisQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2–5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyStrong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsKnowledge of employment laws and best practicesExperience recruiting across multiple functions or levels (entry to leadership)Core CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with stakeholdersData-driven and detail-orientedHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentCommunication, Language, And Software SkillsAbility to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy.Ability to exercise good interpersonal skillsBenefits401(k)Bi-Weekly 401(k) Company Contribution (3% of Salary)Annual Profit-Sharing contribution to 401(k)10 Paid Federal HolidaysHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffOptional BenefitsAccident CoverageShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityTerm Life InsuranceMedical BridgeCritical IllnessDavenergy Solutions Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
