A growing consumer brand organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Wholesale Account Manager to support wholesale account operations and sales performance. This role partners closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution, reporting accuracy, and vendor coordination. The position requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities while driving operational efficiency and account growth in a fast-paced environment.Type: FulltimeSchedule: Regular day hoursPay: $70,000 - $88,000 salary, depending on experienceAnnual Bonus Eligible: Yes (around 10%)Location: Fairfield, CT - HybridWholesale Account Manager Requirements2+ years of experience in sales operations, wholesale account management, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trendsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partnersSelf-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindsetProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint requiredExperience with Shopify or wholesale/eCommerce platforms is a plus but not requiredWholesale Account Manager DutiesManage day-to-day communication with retail and vendor partners to monitor sales performance, order status, and fulfillment timelines (Costco, Dillard's, TJ Maxx, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships to support account growth and operational efficiencyAnalyze sales trends and performance data to inform replenishment and assortment decisionsOversee the full purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal teamsPartner with planning, inventory, and production teams to coordinate execution and proactively resolve issuesTrack inventory levels, order flow, and delivery timelines to support wholesale account performancePrepare and distribute recurring sales reports and account performance updatesMaintain accurate account, item setup, and system data across internal platformsCollaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, Production, Design, and Sales teams to support product launches and seasonal initiativesMaintain key documentation including line sheets, CADs, purchase orders, and seasonal calendarsSupport market preparation, including sample coordination, meeting logistics, and post-meeting follow-ups
