What point of sales systems you are comfortable with A time where you wish you would have communicated better Your favorite colleague so far in your career: peer, boss or direct report RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with guests and members in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Supporting the safety of all members, guests and employees. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with our members and guests. High school diploma/GED required 2+ years’ Bartending experience preferred Must be able to work on your feet all day Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Strong customer service skills required Must have legible handwriting Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus Knowledgeable of safety training, procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry.
