This is a high-accountability execution leadership role.You are responsible for: Ensuring the business executes exactly as planned, without exceptionYou will NOT:do the work yourselfoperate as a coordinatorYou WILL:ensure work is completed on timeenforce systems and processeshold individuals accountable to commitmentsmaintain high execution standards across the companyThis role exists to remove execution friction and ensure the business runs efficiently without constant leadership interventionWHAT YOU WILL OWN1. EXECUTION CONTROLYou will ensure that:Every task has a clear ownerEvery task has a deadlineEvery task has a defined outcomeYou will:track execution across all departmentsidentify delays immediatelyintervene when work is off trackensure nothing falls through the cracksIf something is not moving, you fix it2. ACCOUNTABILITY ENFORCEMENTThis is the core of the role.You will:enforce commitments across the teamaddress missed deadlines immediately and directlyidentify and resolve the root cause of execution failuresYou are comfortable:having direct conversationsholding people to standardsfollowing up until completionThis role requires enforcing outcomes, not just monitoring activity3. SYSTEM & PROCESS DISCIPLINEYou will ensure:SOPs are followed consistentlyticketing systems are used properlyworkflows are executed as designedYou will:identify breakdowns in systemscorrect inconsistenciesmaintain operational structure across teamsIf a system exists, it must be followed4. KPI TRACKING & OPERATIONAL VISIBILITYYou will own:KPI dashboards across departmentsweekly and monthly operational reportingvisibility into team performanceYou will ensure: Leadership always has a clear, accurate view of execution5. TEAM LEADERSHIPYou will lead a cross-functional team including:Customer ExperienceResearch & ProductionLogistics / WarehouseAdministrative SupportYou will:run structured weekly meetingsconduct biweekly 1:1s with direct reportsset clear prioritiesensure alignment across teamsYou drive performance through structure, clarity, and standards6.
