Adecco is working with a leading manufacturer in Gloucester, and we are hiring immediately for Assemblers on 1st shift! This is a contract to potential hire role.This position 100% requires previous Soldering and Electromechanical Assembly experience in a manufacturing settingSchedule: 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-FridayPay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour based on prior experienceJob Summary:As a Production Assembler, you will Perform production assembly work of light electro-mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity with close attention to detail following manufacturing assembly procedures. Read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, sketches, written and verbal instructions.Responsibilities:Electro-Mechanical assembly of RF Generators for use in industrial settingsFinal configuration of externally produced components to meet customer specificationManufacture of PCBAs, cable assembles, cables harness, and power suppliesUndertaking fault diagnosis with a view to 'cure once' – promote continuous improvement by sharing observations and knowledge with others, including manufacturing engineering, quality, and the design teamAlign with Health and Safety and 6SLean principles within the manufacturing departmentUndertake cross-training as well as providing training to others in the departmentWork with limited supervision and follows written and verbal instructionsRequirements:Knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions.Ability to read and understand (in English), blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings and written procedures.Ability to communicate effectively.Ability to operate machinery such as soldering iron, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools, etc.If you are interested qualified in this position, please apply with your updated resume!Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
