Job Description Electrical ForemanLocation: Dallas, TXPay: Up to $40–$45/hour (Depending on Experience)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and/or industrial job sites. This role requires a strong leader who can manage field operations, ensure safety compliance, and keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sitesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specificationsPlan daily work activities and delegate tasks effectivelyEnsure all work is performed according to code and project requirementsMaintain job site safety and enforce OSHA standardsCoordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other tradesTrack progress and complete daily reportsTroubleshoot electrical systems and provide solutions in the fieldEnsure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipmentRequirements:5+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman roleStrong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical systemsAbility to read blueprints and electrical drawingsExperience running conduit (EMT, Rigid, PVC), wire pulls, terminations, and installationsFamiliarity with NEC codes and local regulationsOSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred)Ability to manage crews and meet project deadlinesReliable transportation and willingness to travel if requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience on large commercial, industrial, or multi-family projectsAbility to manage multiple crews or phases of a projectStrong communication and leadership skills
