Job Details: Title: R&D Engineer, Software - Intermediate Location: Santa Rosa, CA, 95403 Duration: 2+ Years Pay: $55 - $58 per hour Duties:Fundamental responsibilities include working with engineering teams to design and implement software manufacturing test processes to exercise the features of new products introduced to market.Become familiar with theory and practical application of time domain measurements using the N1000A, sampling diode, and Optical to Electrical (OE) converterUse your software design technical experience in developing manufacturing test solutions using different types of pulse lasers and trigger frequencies Skills:Experience with object-oriented languages. C++, C#, Java desiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to function effectively in a team environment Desired Qualifications:Experience interfacing with electronic equipment using SCPIStrong understanding of electronic circuitry and electrical engineering fundamentals Education: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering program
