This role is all about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service supporting Government entities. You’ll work closely with our sales team and guide Client Service Associates to create a collaborative and supportive environment. If you’re passionate about helping clients and enjoy solving challenges, this could be the role for you!How You'll Make An ImpactYou will support the Employee Benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and help our team retain business Support in creation and review of client Benefit Guides - We will teach you about Gallagher’s vast network of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client materialsCoordinate vendor responses, and create client presentationsYou begin to effectively present in open enrollment meetings, participate on client calls, and reply to clients via email Establish positive relationships in your office and support with administrative tasks as neededGuide junior teammates and support the broader client service team during peak enrollment season About YouBachelor's degree; or relevant experience requiredProficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion Behaviors:Good verbal and written communication skillsWorks in a self-directed mannerCapable of developing professional relationships with internal and external partnersWe are a collaborative team and look for teammates who are capable of meeting deadlinesYou actively approach issues that could impact client retention Ability to work a hybrid model out of Rolling Meadows, IL - 2x On Site, 3x WFHAbility to travel to local client sites up to 25% annually Preferred:Employee benefits experience strongly preferred Valid L&H License or ability to get licensed within 90 - 120 days sponsored by GallagherCompensation And BenefitsAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
