Office Manager
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our foundation while supporting the execution and growth of our programs This role is designed as a growth opportunity into a Program Manager position, where the right candidate will take on increasing ownership of our core programs, including Unicorn Club, hospital deliveries, and volunteer initiative. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, takes initiative, and is excited to grow into a leadership role within a nonprofit organization making a direct impact on families facing pediatric cancr Key Responsibiliies: Office & Operations Manaement • Manage daily office operations including shipping, inventory, data entry, and administrative ystems • Maintain organized office and storage spaces to ensure efficient program eecution • Oversee inventory tracking and supply management for allprograms • Manage general inbox and phone communications in a timely and professioal manner • Maintain accurate records using Excel and CRM systems (e.g., Little Geen Light) Volunteer & Proram Support • Coordinate and manage volunteers, including scheduling, communication, and onsite support • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Unicorn Club packages, hospital deliveries, and seasonl initiatives • Support program logistics including packing, materials prep, ad distribution • Ensure a positive, organized, and impactful experience for volunters and families Event& Growth Support • Assist with planning and execution of foundation events, including our K and annual gala • Support social media and content creation needs (Canva, Istagram) as needed • Help identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes, and increas rogram efficiency Growth Opportunity: Prgram Management Track This role is designed to grow into a Program Manager position, with expanded respnsibilities including: • Owning and managing key programs such as Unicorn Club ad hospital partnerships • Leading program planning,timelines, and execution • Managing volunteer rograms at a higher level • Tracking program impac and reporting on outcomes • Supporting strategic grot of services nd outreach Requirements: • Strong organizational and time management skill with high attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple prioriies in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter who takes initiative nd solves problems independently • Strong communiation skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable with both adminisrative and hands-on physical tasks• Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs • Proficiency in Excel and Word; ava and Instagram experiece a plus Schedule & Availability: • Position begins at 3 days pr week, with clear pathway to full-time • Must be available for foundation events, including eveningsad weekends (date provided in advance) Ideal Candidate: • Early-career professional or recent graduate looking to buid a career in nonprofit program management. • Bachelor’s degreerequired (or equivalent relevant experience) • Passionate about mision-driven work and making a tangible impact • Hihly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented •Thrives in a “roll up your sleeves” environment • Excited to grow ino a leadership role and take ownership over time • Familiarity with non-profit ranizations or similar wrk environments a plus.
