Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage inventory levels. Communicate promotions, sales, and product information effectively to customers. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and services offered.
