Employvision Inc. is hiring a Full Desk Technical Recruiter Location: Somerset, NJ (Hybrid, minimum 3 days from Office).Full Desk Technical Recruiter / Account Manager Full Desk Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing client needs and filling IT and non-IT positions for our clients. This role will work with both candidates and clients. You should be comfortable working with timelines and quickly finding and submitting candidates to meet client requests.Responsibilities:Establish relationships with procurement departments at Managed Service ProvidersIdentifies diverse talent from internal networks, job boards, job postings, and other advanced recruiting resources and strategies like Boolean searches and networking groupsBring in new business by cold calling or by using your networkProvide account management and service delivery support to all of our clientsDevelop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements.Prescreen candidates and check and their technical competency before presenting them to the account managers for submissionManage and coordinate all communication with candidates.Work with candidates shortlisted by the client for a phone screen and face-to-face interviewManage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and clients by providing detailed information on the company, job descriptions, and expectation-settingOrganize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and update account managers accordinglyQualifications3-5 years experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in the staffing Consulting IndustryAbility to manage offshore recruiting supportMust have recent experience in IT/Non-IT staffing and recruitingAdvanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniquesProven ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talentProficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, other Job Sites, etc. to source CandidatesA clear understanding of recruitment concepts such as employment type (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent), tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C), employment and residency statusExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of recruiting best practicesStrong relationship-builder
