Performance/Data Analyst IIILocation: Washington, DC Metro AreaClearance Required: Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret/SCI eligible preferred)Employment Type: Full-TimeCompany:OverviewStrategic Technology Institute (STi) is seeking experienced Performance/Data Analyst III professionals to support the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of the Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF).This position supports high-priority interagency law enforcement and investigative operations through advanced analytics, data integration, statistical reporting, dashboard development, and Management Information System (MIS) support.Candidates will work with complex investigative and operational datasets from multiple federal agencies including DOJ, FBI, DEA, HSI, ATF, IRS-CI, and USAOs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visual analytics productsBuild and execute SQL, Python, and R queries for data extraction and analysisPerform statistical analysis, trend analysis, and performance measurement reportingDevelop predictive models and analytical tools supporting investigative prioritizationConduct data integration and ETL activities across interagency systemsProduce reports, graphs, charts, and executive-level briefingsAnalyze investigative outcomes, asset seizure/forfeiture metrics, and operational performance indicatorsSupport quarterly and ad hoc reporting requirements for DOJ leadership and congressional stakeholdersConduct data quality audits and recommend process improvementsMaintain data dictionaries, schemas, and transformation documentationSupport automated reporting and workflow optimization initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of applied data analytics/data science experienceStrong proficiency with:PythonSQLTableauMicrosoft ExcelR (preferred)Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysisExperience developing dashboards and data visualizationsAbility to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiencesActive Secret Clearance requiredU.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting DOJ, DHS, DoD, or other federal law enforcement environmentsExperience with investigative or intelligence-related datasetsExperience with machine learning or predictive analyticsTop Secret or TS/SCI eligibility preferredExperience with ETL pipeline development and data governance
