Construction Worker

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our construction team as entry-level Construction Laborer. No prior construction experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities * Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks * Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment * Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area * Types of jobs: remodels, windows, doors, decks, siding, shingles, trim, cabinets, flooring, painting, drywall, etc * Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) * Perform other general labor duties as assigned Requirements * Must be 18 years of age or older * Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions * Willingness to learn and follow directions * Reliable transportation * Basic physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Preferred (Not Required) * High school diploma or GED * Previous outdoor or physical labor experience * Basic knowledge of hand tools What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities * Paid training and opportunities for advancement into skilled trades * Paid time off and holidays * Supportive team environment focused on safety and growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
